Customer Demand Manager (CDM™) app for iPhone and iPad

The CDM app enables the Consensus Forecasting/S&OP Process enabling field reps to provide real-time input to sales forecasts. The app extracts and displays key figure data such statistical forecast, forecast accuracy and forecast demand from the SAP SCM Demand Planning system based on the product details provided by the user. Once the relevant customer forecast data is displayed, the user has the ability to review and make changes to the sales forecast as appropriate based on discussion with the customer. Once the user saves the information, the updates are sent immediately to the SAP SCM demand planning system.
